The dangerous dj Phan, advocate of free speech and whacky humor, has been recently released from confinement after his arrest for wearing a front pack and carrying a copy of the US constitution. Seen here with a loaded blue balloon, we must considered him to be armed and legged and he may also have a sharpened wit and an *infectious smile ( *not pictured here) .
